So you may have heard (and may not have), but Microsoft, together with retailers, is trying for quite some time to promote it’s search engine, Bing, in an attempt to compete with Google.
One of the ways they do it is by offering cash rebate for purchases that are done as a result of using the Bing search engine.
How does it work? In a nutshell: you search for a product on Bing, find a retailer that sells it (together with the offered cash-back), buy, clicking on the link in the search results, and while in the same browser session (it will not work if you close the browser, or leave the site and then come back to check out later), and the rebate will be sent to you after some time, typically a couple of months.

Very neat, and potentially cash saving promotion, but beware: some retailers use this promotion to actually raise the prices. So do make sure to compare the prices you get, and clean your cookies often.
