When will they learn?
Yeah, I’ll probably get used to the new interface in a couple of months again, as I did the last time they did it. And the time before.
But really, is it so much to ask from them to at least ask if I want to switch before just switching me to the new interface? They also sent me an email saying that they won’t sent me individual updates and will aggregate them instead. Why? And if they want to “improve” the service – why not ask me if I want to switch to that option, instead of saying “Hey, we changed it, you want to change back – go look for the switch somewhere deep in the account settings where you will probably not be able to find anything because we changed the interface as well”?
