Netflix current and past subscribers – you may be entitled for money

Walmart agreed to settle for more than 27 million dollars in a class action suit against Netflix and Walmart. Netflix are continuing in litigation and denying any wrongdoing.

According to the class action suit, Netflix and Walmart reached some kind of agreement to divide the market between them – Walmart agreed to stay out of the rental business, while Netflix agreed to stay out of the new DVD sales business.

The settlement with Walmart affect anyone who has been a Netflix subscriber between May 19, 2005 and September 2, 2011.

If you’re in the class, you may need to submit a claim or to take action to exclude yourself from the settlement or the class.
